Staff Application Guidelines
We are looking for passionate individuals ready to inspire the next generation to be true, rare women and men of God. Our selection process focuses on a heart for mentorship, leadership, and most importantly a relationship with Christ that is noticiable and fruitful.
- Applicants must be 15 years or older by the camp session start.
- Applicants nust have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be active in ministry in some way. (Attend church, youth group, small groups, etc.)
- Previous experience in youth camps is preferred, but not required.
